Next: nothing, a terrible waste of an update but it's about time
I just got back from Victoria where I got my Iron Ring along with my longtime classmates at UVic. I can't tell you much about the ceremony (it's top-secret) but you can read about it at ironring.ca. The history and background is actually kind of interesting.
We might not have admitted it, but getting our iron rings was an event each of us really looked forward to. It's actually a pretty decent ceremony and a tradition that I think I can be very proud to be a part of.

Ya, right on Mr. Howard, B.Eng, or whatever the letters are. Interesting shot of the ring, too: I never actually got to see it up close on you. And how the heck are you balancing it in the photo above?

Now just don't lose it like Nick did. How irresponsible!

"Who keeps the metric system down, we do, we do..." oops that was the stone cutters, though I kinda picture the iron ring ceremony to be like that. Good job on finishing.
